Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday handed over appointment letters to 250 next of kin of civilians who lost their lives in terror-related incidents across the Union Territory, reaffirming the government's commitment to supporting affected families.
At a solemn function held in Srinagar, LG Sinha personally distributed the job letters to the beneficiaries, many of whom had waited years for justice and rehabilitation.
