Bollywood star Alaya F kicked off her week in style, sharing a striking upside-down workout on Instagram that highlights her core strength, balance, and dedication to fitness. Dressed in a grey bralette and black shorts, the actress performed the advanced pose under the guidance of her coach, Sunpreet Singh, showcasing a combination of handstand stability and dumbbell strength training.
In the video, Alaya begins by bending forward toward dumbbells placed on either side of her feet. She lifts her legs one by one into a handstand against the wall, later extending into a wide-leg split while raising the dumbbells individually. After completing the challenging sequence, she returns to her starting stance, beaming with a triumphant smile.
The exercise targets multiple fitness areas, including shoulder endurance, core strength, balance, hip and hamstring flexibility, and added upper-body power from the dumbbells. Alaya captioned the clip: “Started the week my favourite way: upside down, unhinged and unstoppable.”

This isn’t her first glimpse into disciplined fitness routines. The actress also follows the “75 Hard” rule, a rigorous program requiring two daily workouts, one indoors and one outdoors, each lasting at least 45 minutes. Alaya recently shared she’s restarted the regimen, embracing the challenge with characteristic enthusiasm.
